Construction in Malaysia

Malaysia is a Commonwealth country. The education system is similar to that of the UK, as is the construction industry. There are local forms of contracts, however, FIDIC forms of contract are commonly used on large projects that involved international teams.
Tendering processes, procurement, retention, and so on are similar to in the UK.
